Welcome to Vibe Unplugged — our monthly roundup of what’s new, now, and next at Vibe Coworks. From member stories to local happenings, it’s your inside look at Kitsap’s coworking community in motion.
May 1, 2026—
The sun’s making more appearances, calendars are filling up, and May is already in motion. Between busy workdays, shifting routines, and those glimpses of spring we’ve all been waiting for, it’s a season of getting back into your rhythm — or finding a new one altogether.
Vibe is here to help you stay grounded, connected, and moving forward — whatever this month looks like for you.
If you’re looking for a reason or two to step away from your desk (or finally try something new), we’ve got a few good ones:
- Free First Friday is back on May 1st. Cowork for free and stick around for Happy Hour
- CreativeMornings returns May 8th with another inspiring morning to kick things off.
- Pizza & People on May 12th. It’s exactly what it sounds like, and always a good time.
And as always, it’s the people who make this place what it is. Read up on some of the awesome things your fellow Vibists have been up to below.
- Kyla Bond launched Sound Solutions Law, strategic legal counsel for public agencies. Congratulations, Kyla!
- Meri Harli, of DD:CRO is celebrating a gigantic (+287.5%!) increase in traffic from ChatGPT after optimizing her client’s website for the new age of AI search marketing.
- Rachael Studebaker, of Studebaker Design Co. unveiled fresh brand work for Old Town Kitchen (OTK) that just celebrated its gran opening in Silverdale
- Whitney Tatum is now offering event organizing through MOXIE Entrepreneurial Support Services
- And last but not least, Amy Yaley and her team at Ward Media launched the new Kitsap Business podcast!

From Motel Meeting Rooms to a Monthly Home at Vibe
Since 2018, Periocare & Implant Center has been a consistent presence in our meeting rooms, using the space to bring together dental professionals from across the region for continuing education.
What began as a search for a better place to meet has turned into something much more: a long standing relationship rooted in trust, growth, and community.
It’s also a reminder of what’s possible when you move beyond one-off bookings and create consistent space for your team or network to gather, build momentum, and grow together. (Pro tip: we offering recurring bookings!)
We recently connected with Dr. Cardenas and her team, to learn more about her practice and how Vibe has become part of their monthly rhythm.

A few quick snaps to re-live some April Vibe highlights…
- This month’s edition of CreativeMornings Poulsbo was EXTRA special, as our chapter was featured globally and took the show on the road to the Muriel Waterfront Park downtown. The Poulsbo Vikings brought the fire (literally), and it was a bittersweet send-off as Rachael Studebaker wrapped her final event as chapter host and passed the baton to me (Amber!).
- We loved celebrating our very first National Bring A Kid to Work Day and welcoming a few excited (and very focused) young guests to the space for the day.
- Remember that wild hailstorm? It definitely had everyone laughing and dropping what we were doing to watch (and snap a few photos).
- Free First Friday Happy Hour brought new faces into the mix, and we’re loving the fresh connections being made.
- Thanks to everyone who showed up for this month’s Greater Kitsap Chamber Off the Clock! We had a blast hosting and filling the space with new faces and great conversations.
- And last but not least, we were thrilled to host Kitsap Bank, new friends from Heritage Bank and the North Kitsap Schools Foundation for their meetings together. Great things happen when community comes together!
