March kept us moving, and we’re carrying that momentum straight into April. We welcomed Soka University back for their Innovation + Entrepreneurship Day, and our community showed up big at the Kitsap Women’s Summit—especially with our own Cara Wilson taking the stage.
And now? April is already buzzing.

CreativeMornings Poulsbo is celebrating some huge news: they are hosting a special gathering at the Poulsbo Waterfront on April 24, and the global CM community will be talking about Poulsbo’s theme all month long. (More below!)
Plus, we’re excited to welcome the Greater Kitsap Chamber back for Off the Clock on April 21.
And for all the parents navigating Spring Break—we see you. If the kiddos are home and you need a quiet corner, a strong coffee, and a few hours of focus (we know you love them), Vibe is here for you. Come escape to your favorite desk and get things done—with only me popping by to say hi.

CreativeMornings Poulsbo goes global.
Our CreativeMornings chapter just had a global moment. CreativeMornings HQ chose “Ember”—a theme proposed right here in Poulsbo—as the official worldwide theme for April. And the artwork you’ll see across CreativeMornings chapters this month? Created by Bainbridge Island artist Sarah Gordon.
To celebrate, this month’s gathering is heading to the Poulsbo Waterfront on April 24, 7:30–9AM, with Joshua Washburn and Brennan Webster of the Poulsbo Sons of Norway Vikings sharing their take on Ember. The event is free with registration, and yes—bring your favorite mug for coffee and pastries.
It’s a huge win for our creative community, and we’re so excited to cheer them on.

A few quick snaps to revisit some March Vibe highlights…
- 🍕 Pizza + People delivered. Full bellies, good conversation, and lots of laughs.
- 🍻 Free First Friday + Happy Hour was popping. Great energy and plenty of fresh faces 😊
- 🧇 Waffle Wednesday hit different this month. Blueberry waffles, fried chicken, bacon, fruit—and yes, blueberry might be making a permanent return.
- 🌊 Soka University returned for their Innovation + Entrepreneurship Day, joined by Suquamish Tribal Council Member Jay Mills, who treated us to fresh geoduck, clam, and smoked salmon from Suquamish Seafoods.
- ☀️ CreativeMornings welcomed Bridget Young on the theme of LOCAL.
- ✨ Vibists showed up strong at the Women’s Summit to connect, learn, and grow.
- 🔥 Matchstick Lab closed out the month with a workshop led by Megan McNally on Women Investing in Kitsap’s Future.
