As the company’s first Director of Operations, Sallay is charged with leading the next chapter of growth at Vibe Coworks.
POULSBO, WA—November 26, 2024—Vibe Coworks, Kitsap’s leading coworking and shared workspace, has promoted Amber Sallay to Director of Operations. In this role, Sallay will oversee the company’s continued growth and operational excellence, and foster a thriving, collaborative community where professionals can work happier, healthier, and more connected than ever before.
Sallay joined Vibe Coworks in March 2022 as a Part-Time Community Lead, quickly advancing to Community Manager thanks to her exceptional leadership and commitment to driving forward the vibrant coworking environment that Vibe Coworks has come to be known for.
In her new role as Director of Operations, Sallay will oversee all aspects of Vibe Coworks’ operations, ensuring that its members—remote workers, startup founders, small business owners, freelancers, government employees and more—continue to thrive in a world-class workspace that emphasizes connection and collaboration.
