Welcome to Vibe Unplugged — our monthly roundup of what’s new, now, and next at Vibe Coworks. From member stories to local happenings, it’s your inside look at Kitsap’s coworking community in motion.
March 4, 2026—
March is when the year really kicks into gear. Which is a little wild, because January felt like it lasted 47 days…February somehow flew by… and July suddenly feels suspiciously close. Make it make sense.
One bright spot on the calendar? CreativeMornings is back next Friday! This month’s speaker is Bridget Young on the theme of LOCAL, so set your alarm and BYOM (bring your own mug).
Speaking of mugs… Vibe member Lori Cloutier is helping lead Cup Up, Poulsbo! a Poulsbo Rotary Club initiative encouraging folks to bring reusable mugs to local cafes. We love seeing sustainability take root in our community– and it’s something we actively practice here at Vibe, too.
I’m also especially excited about the upcoming Kitsap Women’s Summit. Last year I joined fellow Vibe friends Aljolynn Sperber, Reama Schuldt, and Tiffany Hye on a panel about building a supportive ecosystem. This year, our whole Vibe staff and Space Captain team will be there, and longtime Vibist Cara Wilson will be lighting up the stage as the closing keynote speaker.
If you’re reading this thinking, “I need to get back out into the world a bit,” consider this your sign.
Come cowork with us.
Grab a punch pass.
Set up that business mailing address you’ve been talking about.
Or swing by Free First Friday this week and check it al out for yourself.
Now, let’s check out some wins we’re celebrating right now…
- New phone booth chairs have arrived!!! More back support, more comfort, and a much better seat for those longer calls. Huzzah!
- Ryan Denny was featured in this month’s edition of Kitsap Business Magazine for what he’s building through his new company, Listio.io. Grab a copy at Vibe – and help us celebrate the magazine’s one- year anniversary. (Congrats Amy Yaley and Terry Ward!)
- Aljolynn Sperber wrote a powerful op-ed in the Kitsap Sun, titled “Why Kitsap’s system to fund tourism needs reform”.
- Krisandra Allen was on a podcast talking about genomix epidemiology. I recognize that pink phone booth!
- Alicia Maxwell has joined the Vibe Space Captain team! Look for her at the front desk on Thursdays and Fridays, and be sure to stop by to say hello.

Ever wish you could have a private office for the day?
Now you can! Sometimes a Day Pass isn’t quite enough — and a meeting room isn’t the right fit either. That’s where our Day-Use Private Office comes in.
It’s your own fully private workspace at Vibe for the half day, full day, or even a full week– perfect for deep work, client sessions, interviews, or when you just need a quiet place to think.
Whether you’re a Vibe member looking for a little extra privacy or someone new who needs a professional workspace for the day, this office is ready when you are.
Spread out, shut the door, and work the way you need to.
Because we only have one Day-Use Private Office available, booking ahead is recommended.

The Kitsap Great Give is here. Let’s show up for our community.
With early giving kicking off this week for the 2026 Kitsap Great Give, we’re once again reminded just how extraordinary Kitsap’s nonprofit community really is. Last year we published a blog highlighting nonprofits our members love and support. And with the Kitsap Great Give coming up on March 10, it’s the perfect time to revisit it. From the organizations we’re honored to host here at Vibe, to causes our members care deeply about, this list is full of meaningful ways to give back locally.
And of course, if Matchstick Lab has played a role in your journey– or if you believe in building a stronger entrepreneurial ecosystem here in Kitsap– we’d be incredibly grateful if you considered including Matchstick Lab in your Kitsap Great Give plans this year.

A few quick snaps to revisit some February Vibe highlights…
- New art on the walls! Come check out Jesse Lee’s exhibit in the Vibe Micro Gallery, on display now through May.
- Waffle Wednesday was a hit (again). Delicious food, great company, and some fresh OJ. Join us next time on March 18!
- Vibe Coworks was nominated for Small Businesses of the Year by the Poulsbo Chamber of Commerce. Amber and Alanna had a wonderful evening celebrating alongside our community at the gala.
- Alanna spent a few days in Whistler connecting (and skiing!) with our League of Extraordinary Coworking Spaces (LExC) partners, including leaders from PilotoMail, LiquidSpace, iQ offices, The Pioneer Collective, and more.
