FAQs

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own food, beverages, or desserts, or work with your favorite local caterer.
Prefer to have us handle the details? We’re happy to coordinate catering or food service for a small add-on fee. Just let us know at the time of booking.

How many people can the space accommodate?

The Summit Space comfortably fits up to 50 people seated or 65 standing, depending on the furniture layout you decide.

What’s included in the rental price?

Your package includes exclusive use of the Summit Space and adjacent conference rooms (the Pitch Deck and The Hive), all furniture and A/V equipment, Wi-Fi, whiteboard, and kitchenette access. Coffee and tea service, décor, holiday photo background and catering coordination are available as optional add-ons.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Dates are limited and fill quickly. We recommend booking as soon as possible to secure your preferred day.

Do you require a deposit?

No deposit is required — payment in full is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
We understand plans can change. Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund, minus a $150 non-refundable fee and any credit card processing fees.

Can we decorate the space?

Yes — light decorations are welcome! You’re welcome to bring table décor or centerpieces that don’t damage walls or furniture. We just ask that nothing is taped, nailed, or otherwise affixed to walls or furniture. If any damage does occur, the renter will be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement to restore the space to its original condition.

Prefer to skip the setup? Add on our holiday décor package, and the Vibe team will take care of creating a warm, festive atmosphere for you.

Is setup and cleanup time included?

Yes — setup and cleanup should take place within your booked time frame. If you think you’ll need extra time before or after your event, just let us know when booking so we can extend your reservation accordingly.
Please note that arriving early to setup or staying past your scheduled time will result in additional, prorated, charges.

What if the date that I want is not listed as available?

Our Holiday Team Gathering packages are offered on a limited number of December dates, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your team if another date works better. Reach out to us — if the Summit Space is available, we’re happy to help you celebrate on an alternate day.
