How do I receive my mail?

You will be notified that your mail has been received at Vibe via email notification and the PilotoMail app. You can then decide what to do with each piece that we’ve received—you tell us if you’d like the item recycled, shredded, scanned or forwarded, or if you will be in to pick it up.

Mail can be picked up at the Welcome Desk anytime during our regular staffed business hours, generally Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. (Note that we close at 4pm on the first Friday of every month!)
