What if I need more time?

All Vibe conference rooms are equipped with a tablet through which you can extend time in 15 minute increments. The additional time is charged to your account automatically when you request the extension through the tablet.

At The Spot (Bremerton), you have a 15 minute buffer at the end of your reserved meeting time, after which you must either extend your reservation time, or vacate the space. Fifteen minutes after your meeting time has ended, power to the room (including internet) will shut down.
