How do I book a conference room? 

1. Create your free account, and add your credit card information.
   
2. Check the availability of your preferred room, date, and time on our real-time reservations calendar on your desktop or via the Proximity Mobile app. 
   
3. Select ‘book now’, and voila, you’re good to go! You will be billed upon approval of your booking reservation, and a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox.
