Big news, people. In case you missed that snazzy little map that we snuck onto our website and Facebook page a couple of months ago, we’re thrilled to announce that Vibe Coworks has finally found the PERFECT place to call home, right here in the heart of Poulsbo.
Convenient location? Check.
Ample parking? Check.
Close to public transport? Check.
Park at your doorstep? Check.
Food, drinks, gym and shopping around the corner? Yep, that, too.
That’s right. Vibe is coming to 8th Avenue, nestled in behind Poulsbo’s Centennial Park, and just off Highway 305.
We know a lot of you have been wondering if we’re actually real… you know, in the offline, real firm handshake sort of way. Believe us, we’re as real as they come. But here’s why we’re taking our sweet time in actually opening our brick-and-mortar-doors: good things take time, and we’re working on a really good thing.
Behind the scenes, we spent months taking to people all around Kitsap county, trying to find out if a coworking community would be in hot demand, and where people would like to see it land. The overwhelming response we got said ‘bring that thing to Poulsbo!’ So bring it to Poulsbo we will.
In an ideal world, we would have found some hidden treasure spot–some old abandoned building, or barn or gas station–that could be converted into a cool new coworking space. But we quickly learned that old abandoned places are in short demand around here, much less places that are abandoned in convenient locations. So when we were presented with the opportunity to become anchor tenants in a brand spanking new building at 19225 8th Avenue, right off the highway, right next to Centennial Park, and a 15 minute walk to Downtown Poulsbo, it was an offer we just couldn’t refuse.
The lot may not look like much now, but keep your eye on the place each time you drive by. There’s excitement growing on 8th Ave, and we hope you’ll be a part of it.
