Can I get a refund on my Day Pass purchase?
Once you have checked in for the day using your Day Pass, there are no refunds, regardless of how long (or short!) you decide to stay for the day.
In exceptional circumstances, a refund may be issued back to your Vibe account if, for example, a Day Pass was purchased online for a day that Vibe Coworks is closed to the public and non-keyholding members, or on a day that Vibe Coworks is open to all free of charge (i.e. Free 1st Fridays).
In the event that you purchase a Day Pass online, schedule it for use on a particular day, and are ultimately unable to use it on that day, your Day Pass value will be credited to your Vibe account for use on another occasion.
